Frequently Asked Pressure Washing Questions - Answered By Good as New Pressure Washing LLC

When it comes to pressure washing, you may think it's a simple concept. However, there are actually some very complex principles revolving around the practice. That's why we've answered some of your most frequently asked questions about pressure washing below. Take a look, and don't forget to reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns about our pressure washing methods.

What's The Difference Between Soft Washing And Pressure Washing?

Traditional pressure washing involves using high water pressure in order to blast away all traces of dirt, grime, gunk, and other nasty substances from various surfaces, such as concrete, asphalt, etc. However, this method may be too aggressive for more delicate areas, such as shingles, vinyl siding, or glass. In these instances, we utilize a method known as soft washing, also sometimes called no-pressure or low-pressure washing.

With soft washing, we turn down the pressure on our pressure washing tools and add in special eco-friendly soaps and detergents. These soaps eat away at grime and won't harm the surfaces underneath. We typically use soft washing in our roof washing packages.

Do You Work With Commercial Clients?

While we take pride in helping out our pressure washing clientele across Columbus, we're also proud to help out commercial clients as well. If you own any commercial property, whether it's a small gas station, or a sprawling industrial complex, you can rest assured knowing that we can help you out. We offer a variety of commercial pressure washing in Columbus, such as rust removal, gas station cleaning, and much more.

How Long Does A House Washing Last?

When it comes to house washing, it can be a little tricky. Depending on the weather and the environment, you could get away with a house washing once every few months, or maybe once or twice a year. We recommend having your home's exterior cleaned at least twice a year to ensure that mold and mildew don't settle. Otherwise, these nasty growths can actually take over and become very difficult to remove.

Are The Chemicals You Use For Cleaning Eco-Friendly?

As we mentioned previously, for our soft washing methods, we utilize special soaps and detergents for more delicate areas. You may be worried about the chemicals we use, but you can rest assured knowing that all our soaps are completely safe and eco-friendly. That means they won't harm you, your property, or the environment.

If you have any further questions about pressure washing, we highly encourage you to reach out to us sooner rather than later. A dedicated, helpful representative is waiting to hear from you.
